The Gold Heart Pin Campaign is one of Variety Pittsburgh’s signature fund raising promotions in partnership with a different motion picture studio every year. Variety the Children’s Charity is thrilled to partner with Lucasfilm Ltd. and Twentieth Century Fox to bring you this year’s Gold Heart Pin Campaign featuring STAR WARS.
Variety’s annual Gold Heart Pin Campaign is an easy way to raise monies for local schools, churches or other organizations while at the same time helping kids with disabilities in our local communities. Proceeds from Gold Heart Pin sales will be split between your organization and Variety the Children’s Charity. Marketing materials are readily available.
The campaign will begin in November 2011 and run through April 2012. Gold Heart Pins sell for $3.00. (But higher donations are also welcome) The money generated through the sale of Gold Heart Pins supports programs and services for kids with mental and physical disabilities in southwestern Pennsylvania. Most importantly, funds raised by retailers, businesses and theaters in our community, remain in our community to address the needs of children who live here.
