FIELD-DAY OF FIRSTS

At Variety the Children’s Charity, we believe there is nothing quite as powerful as the spark of a new discovery, a first experience and all the joy it brings. At Variety’s Field-Day of Firsts, we’ll create an interactive, family-friendly day of fun, firsts, food, and community – FREE FOR EVERYONE, but kindly register here to help us plan ahead!

The Vision: The Field-Day of Firsts is the signature event for our Variety of Firsts campaign:  a new, mission-focused initiative that runs all year to simply empower everyone to experience something for the First time.

Field-Day of Firsts (FDOF): At the event, we will give participants a variety of chances to try new things. Whether it’s hitting a bullseye, learning a new word/language, playing bocce, trying chess, coding a first line of script, or planting a first seed, we want to create a day full of “I did it!” moments and fun experiences.
