United Together for Kids!

For our kids, the chance to ride their adaptive bikes in the Labor Day Parade in Pittsburgh is an unforgettable experience, and this year was simply FULL OF SMILES.

Governor Shapiro is pictured above with Anniyah on her pink bike, Tyler, Anniyah’s mom, Cher, and Charlie.

We were fortunate to have Governor Josh Shapiro join us and celebrate the kids and families.

Governor Shapiro expressed his appreciation of them, and said, “I want you to know, we’re going to do everything we can to help.”

You can experience more of Monday’s joy and celebration by watching this video, United Together for Kids – just be ready to smile… a lot!

It is amazing what can happen when we all unite together for the needs of kids with disabilities.

P.S. On Monday, Anniyah’s mom, Cher proudly shared in our time together that Anniyah recently participated in a beauty pageant, and she used her communication device to answer the questions!! We are so proud of her!!
